Your items are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) from Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a tracking number via email for your convenience.

For domestic deliveries within the USA, expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after it has been shipped. Please note that orders paid via e-check through PayPal will be shipped only once the payment has cleared.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please check your junk/spam folder. Should you still be unable to find it, do not hesitate to email us. Our team is here to help with any questions or concerns you might have.

Once you receive your tracking number, any further shipping inquiries should be directed to the U.S. Postal Service, as they are now in possession of your order. You can contact them at usps.com or by calling (800)275-8777 for assistance.

If your shipment is marked as "DELIVERED" in the tracking information but you have not received it, please contact your local post office to resolve any delivery issues. As the U.S. Postal Service manages the final delivery, they are your best resource for any issues related to delivery problems, including damage, theft, or misdelivery.
